Large & Bulky orders via Toll 

In Stock & Pre-made products will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Made to order products please allow 14 business days. 

You will be issued with a tracking number at the time of shipment. Orders can be tracked through Australia Post website or MyteamGe (large/bulky)

Standard Shipping Fee $14.95
Express Shipping Fee $18.95
FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $250 excluding large & bulky/heavy items

Please note, additional fees may apply for large bulky/heavy items. The shipping fee is calculated post check out. You will receive an invoice for any differences after checkout, which is calculated on the item/s purchased, their weight, dimensions and the delivery address.
Feel free to contact us prior to checkout with your shipping address for a shipping fee quotation.

Your order will be packaged carefully to ensure it arrives safely. While the utmost care has been used to pack your order and the parcels marked fragile appropriately, once your parcel has been dispatched and a tracking has been provided, we have no control on how it is handled, and in what timeframe it is to be delivered. We are not responsible for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit. 

Any orders received during the weekend, or public holidays will be processed the following business day. 

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature, large vase arrangements, Wall Hangings and wreaths cannot be transported safely and are excluded from shipping.

Local Pickup & Delivery 

Local Pickup is available from our home studio based in Margaret River. If this option is selected at Checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready, and we can organize a day/time.
Collections are strictly by appointment only.

Delivery area- $10 delivery fee for all areas listed below:

Margaret River, Prevelly, Gnarabup, Burnside, Bramley, Cowaramup, Gracetown, Osmington, Rosa Brook, Rosa Glen, Redgate, Witchcliffe, Boranup, Forrest Grove, Karridale, Hamelin Bay, Deepdene, Kudardup, Augusta, Wilyabrup, Metricup

If delivering to a place of business, please include the business name with the address. 
Please provide the correct delivery address and contact details when placing your order. If the incorrect details are provided or does not exist and contact cannot be made during delivery, the order will be returned to Addy & Co for collection by the recipient/customer, otherwise a re-delivery can be arranged with an additional delivery fee.

If the recipient is not home or for contactless delivery, we will leave the order in a safe place by the front door out of the weather. 

Please note, we are unable to give you an exact delivery time. Your preferred times are noted but not guaranteed.
